Thank you for your interest in becoming an egg donor at our donor egg program. Your participation could help a couple achieve their dream of parenthood. Please read the information below and provide the required information.

Due to the time commitment involved, all egg donors must live within a 60 mile radius of Fort Collins.

In order to be considered for oocyte donation, you must be between 21 and 35 years of age. You must have NO family history of congenital malformations, cystic fibrosis, mental retardation or Illness, insulin dependent diabetes, chromosomal abnormalities, or other Inherited disease.

The donor egg begins after a recipient couple reviews prospective donor profiles and makes a selection. If chosen, you will be contacted for further screening. Donors receive $3,000 in compensation after completion of the recipient couple’s IVF cycle.
